The San Jose Racial Covenant and Demographic Explorer is an interactive web map that explores the impact of restrictive racial covenants on San Jose’s racial demographics from 1940 to 2020. The map is a companion piece to my MUP thesis, which investigates the long-term effects of restrictive racial covenants in San Jose. To read the full report, click here.
